Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5-7  business days unless otherwise stated.

Custom orders, limited pieces, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time. Any updates will be communicated accordingly.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via standard shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow the carrier time to update tracking details.

K’Larae is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you experience any issues with your order, including missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible.
